Exceptional staff, all of them, from the night manager who let me in (tops!) to the checkout person and the lady who waits on the tables and monitors the breakfast buffet. They were all incredibly personable. Great job hiring staff that make a big difference in a stay.

Location was good for different events we needed to attend. Room was clean and bed were comfy. Pool area was nice.

I gave a deposit of $100 while there and needed to be refunded the balance. I also spent one night instead of two and was told I will be refunded by your Company. I checked out on the 13th in the morning instead of the 14th.

Covid Protocol was in place. Our grown kids live close to this Hilton. It makes it convenient for our grands to spend the night with us and play in the swimming pool. At this time we have to schedule pool time. Which works great for us. We always get the King Jr Suit (it separates the bedroom and living room with a hallway and bathroom and gives us more space), just in case the little ones want to spend the night.
